Built on a total area of 25.973 m², TIMS&B Hadımköy Film Studio was established for the making of commercials, films, and other organisations of production companies. Akpınar Industrial Zone is located in Hadımköy, which is a part of rapidly developing Arnavutköy district of Istanbul. Hadımköy is one of the three industrial regions that had its construction completed and it is the only region that does not have any license and habitation issues.Also this location is near The New Istanbul Airport. 1,500,000 m² and 1,000,000 m² of the region are industrial land. The 300,000 m² space is planned as a recreational green area. The 200,000 m² area is separated by roads. It takes 3 kilometers to the recently constructed 3rd Bridge, 15 kilometers to 3rd Airport and 12,5 kilometers to TEM Hadımköy.
